New App: JZIP File Explorer!

Welcome to JZIP File Explorer, the new application (and the first) on this site.

This time, we have a file explorer that took me too long to make... but it's working.
The only thing that's not working is the "Download JZIP Archive" button. I may fix it in the future, but for now, use the "Download current folder or opened file" button instead.
